About the Job

The Sales Associate is a Sales Qualification and Support role within CWIE for the brands of CCBill representing new sales and ongoing sales executive support and partnership. This role is responsible for attainment of revenue goals for assigned sales executives via handling incoming leads, inquiries and lead generation support , as well as ongoing account management and maintenance of existing team assigned accounts. Sales associates are responsible for developing and managing a growing book of business in processing and e-commerce services, as part of their assigned sales teams.

The CCBill IPSP associate represents and online e-commerce solutions via IPSP model for high-risk and standard markets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quota and Pipeline
    • Required to achieve set sales and revenue goals.
    • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
    • Build, manage and deliver on an accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline.
    • Required to accurately log revenue related activities for accurate internal management of client experience.
  • New Sales Contribution
    • Assist in acquiring new customers though:
      • Management of incoming inquires via web, email, and phone.
      • Expert responses to incoming leads
      • Expert qualification of inquires
      • Provide prospective leads with information regarding our services
      • Ongoing follow-up of prospective leads until sale acquisition
      • Logging and tracking of activities via company CRM tools
  • Manage Account Realization
    • Manage new accounts through boarding process to active transaction processing
  • Knowledge
    • Understand and navigate complex credit card association, and processing guidelines to accurately represent the CCBill solution to a varied audience of buyers.
    • Attend all scheduled training
    • Understand and exploit the use of Salesforce.com and other internal CWIE systems, such as Admin Portal, etc.
    • Knowledge and understanding of processing and financial models in e-commerce to be able to discuss business options via our various products and services.
    • Maintain comprehensive understanding and application of CWIE product and services, market competitors, industry trends and client success stories as provided by management
  • Qualities
    • Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple sales/support opportunities simultaneously.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other desktop solutions, with an ability to navigate a desktop environment easily.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to type for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use the phone for long periods of time.

Attendance Requirements:

  • This position is full time.  Employee is expected to work minimum 40 hours weekly.
  • Schedule will be determined by the supervisor.  Employee is expected to follow the schedule.
  • Employee is to report to his or her supervisor if unable to attend work.
